    Project and Interim Manager, Program Management Support

    Provided on-site Subject Matter Expertise and Project / Program Management support for one of the largest banks in Austria, Central and Eastern Europe. Deliverables include Business Case development and approval for a large-scale IT system implementation and associated bank processing system migrations. Developed cost / benefit profiles, business case and received stakeholder buy-in and project budget approval for app. €45 million over 7 years. Implemented multiple projects and process improvements regarding Account Fulfillment and Application processing for the largest Eastern European Subsidiary in Kiev, Ukraine.

    Multi-Country Corporate Card Launch Support

    Provided subject matter expertise and documentational support for a 3+ Country Corporate Card launch. Wrote business requirements and a customer support concept for all customer operational aspects including application fulfillment, customer service and clearing and settlement. Product launch and required support work included the documentation and training for new hires and existing employees for 3 separate countries, 4 languages and 5 different settlement currencies.

    Feasibility Study for a Pan-European Corporate Card

    Researched and provided the Subject Matter Expertise for the foundations to launch a Pan-European Corporate Card under a Single-BIN. Researched all related regulations and Card Association rules and developed the Product Concept and Value Proposition for such a Card.

    Developing a Payment Acceptance Excellence Program

    The Payment Acceptance Excellence Program is designed to create value by turning “Knowledge” into “Know-How.” The Program consists of 6 different areas of excellence designed to give Merchants accepting Card Payments in Card Present and Card-not-Present environments a distilled and easy-to-use operational guide. The Programs consists of documents, webisodes and webinars.
